Antisept E12 is a low toxicity, broad spectrum biocide developed for the complete microbiological protection of water based systems against bacterial and fungal spoilage.

Antisept E12 provides outstanding bacterial and fungal control and is compatible with synthetic, semi-synthetic and conventional water miscible cutting fluids. Regular use of Antisept E12 will minimise downtime and ensure a healthy working environment.

Fuchs Renolit CXI2 Heavy Duty Calcium Sulphonate Complex Grease

Our recommended grease for lathe chucks.

Heavy duty calcium sulphonate complex grease with particularly good working stability and corrosion protection, even in the presence of salt water. Excellent EP performance.

Milky soluble cutting fluid containing extreme pressure additives

ECOCOOL 420 is readily miscible with both hard and soft waters to produce an extremely stable extreme pressure coolant suitable for a range of arduous machining operations.

The versatile performance characteristics of ECOCOOL 420 enable it to be used for wide range of machining applications and materials including alloy steels, free machining steel and aluminium alloys.

Also suitable for brass and copper.

Synthetic, transparent water miscible metal working fluid

ECOCOOL 610 is recommended for most grinding operations and will provide a high surface finish on mild steel, high tensile steel and cast iron.

ECOCOOL DURANT 20 has been developed to provide the latest in biostable technology whilst incorporating the lubricity and EP (extreme pressure) characteristics of more conventional soluble oils. Unlike many commercial semi-synthetic coolants, ECOCOOL DURANT 20 offers high levels of lubricity, improved paint compatibility and is exceptionally operator friendly.

The European technology of ECOCOOL DURANT 20 obviates the need for the use of phenols, nitrites or triazine materials. This unique combination of proprietary biostable additives provides long term resistance to bacterial growth resulting in prolonged useful life of the metal working fluid.

Ecocool Global 1000 is our premium quality, boron free water miscible coolant designed for high performance metalworking, especially in industries such as aerospace, medical and semiconductor.

Ecocool Global 1000 coolant is both sustainable and safe, with it being free from silicon, formaldehyde, MEA, boron and TEA, such that it can come into contact with skin without causing harm. It is suitable for turning, drilling, milling, grinding and threading alloys based on nickel and titanium, as well as stainless steel, aluminium and steel. It boasts excellent rinsing and wetting properties, good metal-removal rates, and targeted dissipation of heat with low foaming to extend the overall life of metalworking tools.

Renolit EP2 AU is recommended for the lubrication of automotive chassis points. Renolit EP2 AU is a multipurpose lithium 12 hydroxy-stearate grease, containing extreme pressure, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation additives to maximise performance under low to medium temperature applications.

Renolit EP2 AU has good EP properties and protects against corrosion. It has resistance to mechanical shear and suitable as a multipurpose grease for applications in shock load lubrication.

Fuchs MTC 9114 Machine Tool Cleaner

General purpose machine tool cleaner is a general purpose machine tool cleaner designed for cleaning and decontaminating central systems and individual machines.

MTC 9114 Machine Tool Cleaner incorporates high performance surfactants with synergistically active biocides to provide effective cleaning and sanitising of both soluble and synthetic coolant systems.

MTC 9114 Machine Tool Cleaner can also be used to clean floors and surrounding equipment.

Ratak 40S is a new generation neat cutting fluid ideally suited for the machining of high tensile steel, mild steel, aluminium and aluminium alloys.

Note: Not suitable for the machining of copper or its alloys.

Renoclean Orange is a quality hand cleaner that has been developed for the effective cleaning of heavily soiled, oily and greasy covered hands. Renoclean Orange leaves hands feeling smooth and clean without the greasy feeling that many other cleaners leave behind. The natural citrus, lanolin and coconut oils found in Renoclean Orange help replenish dry cracked skin whilst leaving the skin feeling and smelling refreshed.
