For the concentric alignment of your SOLIDPoint plates, we offer you the matching centering spigot.

All HWR plates have a 20H7 or 50H7 fitting hole on the underside and can thus be adapted to the most common bore diameters (30, 32 and 50mm) of your machine table.

HWR has responded to the development of modern machine tools and developed the flexible INOFlex. INOFlex permits compensating centric clamping of round, rectangular and also geometrically unshaped parts through its patented compensation feature.

SOLIDClean Chip Fan

The SOLIDClean cleaning propeller is used to clean the machine table. Chips, chip nest and coolant residues can be removed easily and efficiently. Whether after dry machining or machining with coolant, SOLIDClean reduces water and chip carry-over to a minimum. Especially indespensable for automated processes!

Application

* The SOLIDClean fan may be clamped in a 20mm standard collet or Weldon toolholder
* The SOLIDClean fan is stored just like a common tool in the tool magazine and selected automatically via CNC program
* Prior to the cleaning process, workpieces and fixtures can be cleaned with coolant using the spindle (no rotation of the spindle)
