Absotech™ Coating Technology: Employs Sumitomo's proprietary chemical vapour deposition (CVD) process. It features an advanced aluminum oxide (Al2O3) alumina layer with highly refined crystal orientation control to drastically improve coating strength and wear resistance.
Advanced Carbide Substrate: Paired with a newly developed substrate that delivers exceptional resistance to plastic deformation, preventing premature tool failure during intensive dry cutting.
