Sumitomo AC6020M - For High Speed Continuous Cutting of Stainless Steels
The new high toughness substrate AC6020M is a CVD coated grade with "Platinum Absotech" technology and covers a more extensive range of applications from our previous AC610M grade from continuous to light interupted cutting. The "Platinum Absotech" technology reduces the internal stress of coating.
Due to the excellent adhesion, AC6020M achieves a high resistance against cutting edge chipping and provides a very stable cutting edge. There is a very good balance between wear resistance and toughness of the substrate.
Note: All AC6020M inserts are sold in packs of 10 pieces.
