WEX 2000 Endmill Bodies

Sumitomo WEX type features a strong cutting edge design coupled with a high rigidity body, for stable and high efficiency milling with low cutting force. With improved precision for both insert and cutter body, high accuracy machinined surfaces with good finish can be achieved with 6 different types of chipbreaker and 9 milling grades supporting a wide range of applications.

WEX Series is suitable for a wide range of milling applications including:

Pocketing
Helical Milling
Grooving
Shoulder Milling
Ramping

Internal coolant holes are a standard feature for the whole series.
